Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our gardening products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fertilizers (opened or unopened)
  • Insect Controls (pesticides or biological controls)
  • Garden Gloves & Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Garden Clogs & Boots (if worn outdoors)

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
